All perishable products are sent with gel packs (depending on the product) via Fedex overnight.
You select at checkout the date that you would like your products delivered. Fedex can deliver your product Tuesday through Saturday (where Saturday delivery is available), except on holidays or the day after a holiday.
SAME DAY SHIPPING ORDER DEADLINE
Same-day shipping orders need to be placed by 3 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
Please send packages to a location where there will be someone available to receive a FedEx delivery on the designated delivery day. We are not responsible for products that spoil if there is not someone to receive them on the date requested.
Shipments over $500 in value will require a signature on delivery.
REDIRECTING SHIPMENTS IN TRANSIT
In the event you need to change the shipping address on an order after it has shipped, contact us immediately. We may be able to redirect it in transit. We may, at our discretion, charge an additional $10 for this service in order to cover redirect fees incurred with the shipping company.
Saturday delivery is available to most locations for an additional $10 charge.
SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL US & SURCHARGES
We only ship within the United States, the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. Limitations and surcharges apply to shipments outside the continental United States:
Hawaii & Alaska: $10 surcharge (may be waived at our discretion depending on the size of your order).
Puerto Rico & the US Virgin Islands: Call for a shipping quote.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY:
We guarantee that your order will arrive in excellent condition.
For the most part, we do not take returns. However, at our sole discretion, we may issue you a credit or resend your order if the product is not in excellent condition.
If you would like to request a credit or your order to be re-sent, here’s what to do:
1) Take a photo of the product.
2) Put the product into your refrigerator or freezer as you normally would.

You must contact us within 24 hours of order receipt to make a claim.
