Rougie Mousse of Duck Foie Gras, Ficelle is perfect for serving on canapes or appetizers. Fully cooked, pasteurized, and ready to use, it consists of 50% duck foie gras with duck fat, cream and eggs, and flavored with port wine. A 1" inch diameter slice can be cut from each piece. They are ideal for banquets, caterers, and busy restaurants and hotels. Each piece (10.6 oz) serves 30 canapes. Store in Refrigerator: 36 deg F- 40 deg F.
