What is your shipping service and how much will it cost?
We use FedEx for most deliveries. The FedEx shipping costs are as follows:
FedEx Ground: $15 (Please allow 3 - 7 business days for arrival)
FedEx Priority Overnight Tue - Fri for arrival before 10:30AM: $45
FedEx Standard Overnight Tue - Fri for arrival before 3PM: $35

If your order is $500 or more a signature is required. However, we recommend a signature for all orders. This is to prevent loss or theft of the shipment. All House of Caviar and Fine Foods products are guaranteed to be fresh and of the highest quality. All deliveries must be inspected immediately upon arrival and any claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of package. Please keep all packaging refrigerated and intact for any returns. House of Caviar and Fine Foods has been shipping caviar and other fine foods for almost 30 years. We have perfected the shipping process by keeping all of our products in quality control rooms and temperature controlled walk-in refrigeration or freezer units. Specially designed Styrofoam containers with frozen ice packs will keep your shipment fresh for up to 48 hours, although you will receive your order overnight.
